Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it us for a full or partial refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

SHIPPING INFO

Please ensure that you have provided the correct address on the order form. Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute or encounter any problems in finding the address provided. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order receipt.

P.O BOX ADDRESS

Currently, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses.

PERISHABLE ITEMS

Please ensure that you inspect all perishable items (ready-to-eat, fresh meat, seafood or poultry products) thoroughly at the time of delivery. We do not accept returns of perishable items once you have agreed to accept the items at the time of delivery. This is due to the product control quality issues which may affect the integrity and food safety concerns.

Items that are not eligible for returns/replacements include:

  • Perishable food
  • Non-perishable food that have been partially consumed
  • Flowers and plants
  • Newspaper and magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) items
  • Edible or items that have exceeded a stated expiry date

NON-PERISHABLE

All return requests of dry groceries and non-food/non-perishable items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of product. Defective product(s) (equipment) or concealed damage may be returned up to 14 days after delivery.

SERVICES

Purchase of services on www.gedungonline.com is not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please check with the service providers on their individual terms and conditions before any purchases.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Please note the different cancellation and refund processes for items purchased within stipulated timeline.

BEFORE SHIPPING

Cancellation can be made before the item is shipped out by the seller. Timeline for the cancellation order differs for each seller. Sellers may take from to 3 business days after purchased is made to ship out the item. Please ensure that you are aware of the stipulated timeline before you make your purchase. Buyers are eligible for refund for the cancellation of item purchased before it is shipped out by the seller.

Cancellation process:

  • Buyers login to their account on www.gedungonline.com;
  • Go to the received order details and cancel the order;
  • Seller will receive notification of the cancellation and proceed to stop the shipment of item purchased;
  • Buyer will receive an email notification of the successful cancellation and notified of the commencement of the refund process;
  • Full or partial refund of the item purchased will be paid to the buyer’s credit/debit card account within 14 business days.

AFTER SHIPPING

Cancellation can be made after the item purchased has been shipped out by the seller. Cancellation order can only be made within 3 days after item is shipped out. Please ensure that you are aware of the stipulated timeline for cancellation order after item is shipped out before you make your purchase. Buyers are eligible for full or partial refund for the cancellation of item purchased after it is shipped out by the seller. An administration fee of 5% will be deducted from the total amount paid by the buyer.

Cancellation process:

  • Buyers login to their account on www.gedungonline.com;
  • Go to the received order details and cancel the order;
  • Seller will receive notification of the cancellation and proceed to notify the courier stop the shipment of item purchased;
  • Courier will return the item purchased to the seller;
  • Buyer will receive an email notification of the successful cancellation and notified of the commencement of the refund process;
  • Full or partial refund of the item purchased minus the administration fee will be paid to the buyer’s credit/debit card account within 14 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Buyers will deal directly with the seller for any returns or exchanges. The cost to return/exchange will be borne by the buyer.

Returns/exchanges process:

  • Buyers login to their account on www.gedungonline.com;
  • Go to the received order details and proceed to contact the seller to return/exchange the item purchased;
  • Seller will receive notification of the return/exchange request and proceed to inform the buyer to contact our customer service for the RMA number;
  • After receiving the RMA number, the buyer may proceed to return/exchange the item purchased to the address provided by the seller;
  • Buyer will receive an email notification of the successful return/exchange of the item purchased and notified of the commencement of the refund or exchange process;
  • Buyer will deal directly with the seller on the follow-up for any shipping of item for exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at returns@gedungonline.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address provided by the seller.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label provided by our appointed logistic partner(s) enclosed with your package. This is only applicable for selected items sold on our website.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, the seller will process your return. Please allow at least 14 business days to process returns from the receipt of your item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the order to arrange a refund or exchange.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that items purchased during any sales events on Gedungonline.com are considered as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. In the event of any dispute or complaints, please contact our customer service.
