Thank you for visiting and shopping GedungOnline (www.gedungonline.com). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order on your account and/or Tracking Parcel. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

For any issues on our delivery partners’ side and those that are beyond our control, you will be duly notified via email notification of the status of your order and if there is any delay expected. For clarification on your order status, you can also contact our customer service at 03-9226 8825 from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) from 9.00am to 5.00pm or email us at care@gedungonline.com. Please ensure you provide the correct full name and tracking number for faster processing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the delivery partners you choose.  Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Klang Valley.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

GedungOnline (www.gedungonline.com) currently only ships to addresses within Malaysia. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and you can check at Tracking Parcel GedungOnline’s (www.gedungonline.com). If you do not receive your tracking number (s) after 24 hours, please contact our customer service at 03-9226 8825 from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) from 9.30am to 5.30pm or email us at care@gedungonline.com .

Customs, Duties and Taxes

GedungOnline (www.gedungonline.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GedungOnline (www.gedungonline.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
